What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in time is at 16:00, and check-out time is at 11:00.
Will someone will meet me at the apartment?
Yes. Our host will be waiting for you at the apartment to give you the keys and to show around. We will email you 24 hours prior to your arrival, to confirm the check-in time. If there are any changes in your plans, please contact us as soon as you can and let us know. After booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the apartment address and important details . Feel free to chat or call us for any questions or changes.
What should I do if I am arriving late at night or later than the planned arrival time?
Please make sure to contact us beforehand if you are checking in later than the planned arrival time.
Could you keep my belongings before the check-in and after the check-out?
Yes, we can keep your belongings at our luggage room.
Do we need to bring ID or passport?
Yes please! Make sure you carry some form of identification on you, as will need to photograph it upon your arrival.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Unless specifically agreed, the quoted price does not include breakfast.
Does price include VAT and other taxes including service charge?
The price may not include VAT and Taxes.
